Weight hypnotherapy
Whether you want to get rid of weight or increase it, hypnotherapy can help ether way. We will have a discussion on the phone prior to you making your appointment. The number of sessions you will need is really dependent on you. A single two hour session of hypnotherapy is often sufficient to kick start your weight management programme.
At the end of your first session, I offer a discount if you book a further three sessions. Contact me for more details.
