How hypnotherapy can help you quit smoking

Hypnotherapy can help you quit smoking but there are no guarantees. If you visit me with a positive attitude and a desire to quit smoking then as long as you do want to stop you will leave me as a non-smokers.
My commitment to all my clients is as follows: if within three months you substitute anything for your smoking habit, gain weight, become irritable, angry, or start smoking again, I will offer a further session with no extra cost.
An initial consultation will take place to discuss your smoking routine. This will be followed by hypnosis.
The session takes between one and half to two hours.
A team of researchers led by Professor Allan Hackshaw at the Cancer Institute at University College, London analysed the results of 141 studies and estimated the relative risks for smoking one, five, or 20 cigarettes per day. The results have shown that a large proportion of the risk of coronary heart disease and stroke comes from smoking only a couple of cigarettes each day.
